Prices are inclusive of GST for deliveries made within Australia, prices are exclusive of taxes and duties, including GST, for deliveries made outside of Australia. Deliveries are made on the understanding that the purchase made by you, is as a gift for another party, all international deliveries will be marked this way unless indicated as not by you. Any charges, costs and losses caused by inaccurate description are to be borne by you. You acknowledge and accept a product may require you to use creative and artistic skills and that the product produced will be dependent on the quality of your creative and artistic skills, the quality, image size and photographic equipment used to create any photos, images or content and your ability to use the Service to its full capacity, that the colours, tones and borders in your photos and materials may be different from how they appear on your computer screen or in other digital or hard copy form, that we will not modify, enhance and/or improve any photos, images or content you provide to us prior to producing the product. We will do our best to produce high quality realistic photos but we maybe limited by the quality of the original photo. You warrant that you will not make any claim against us or our third party product suppliers if you are disappointed with the design or quality of the product, where such quality or design is beyond our reasonable control, including as a result of a technical fault included in the Software. We will use reasonable commercial efforts to dispatch your order as quickly as possible from receipt of your order and payment. You acknowledge and accept that once the order is provided to our carrier for delivery it is no longer our responsibility and that title and risk of loss for any purchases pass to you upon our delivery to our carrier. You acknowledge and accept that once delivered to our carrier there is no ability to track the product and or delivery status. You acknowledge and accept that there are situations that may arise, that are out of our control, which can delay the delivery of your order. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or delays caused by Australia Post or any other third party that we, or our third party service provider, may engage to deliver the products.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability - The Trade Practices Act and similar state and territory Legislation may confer rights and remedies on you in relation to the provision of goods or services which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified ("Non-excludable Rights").
