Delivery to major cities will usually take 3 to 6 days major cities.

We usually have your Post-a-Digi order printed, packed and posted within 24 hours, all weekend orders are sent on the following Monday. Post-a-Digis are printed, packed and sent from Australia due to the low postage rates avaialble. All International Post-a-Digis are sent Priority Air Mail.

A friends engagement – Find a photo that you have taken (if the photo is from your camera it may be one they have never seen) and send it to them as a gift.



After a wedding – Find a photo your took, on your camera, and send it to the married couple as a thank you. Or use a Post-a-Digi as a Thank You gift for the Bridal party.

We have a guide on our home page and upload & order page to indicate what the cost of a Post-a-Digi is likely to be in a number of major currencies, although they are regularly checked and updated they are indicative only as exchange rates vary constantly. Your bank should have their latest exchange rates available on their website.

All Post-a-Digis are currently processed and posted from Sydney, Australia due to the low postage rates available. Because Post-a-Digis are processed in Australia your credit card company may charge you a small international settlement fee because the transaction was processed outside of your home country. Not all credit card companies or banks do this, but some do, the charge will be minimal and is usually only a few cents for a Post-a-Digi.

You have the option to add an additional Fridgi Flexi into your Post-a-Digi. This can be done in the Shopping Cart during the creation of your Post-a-Digi online. Currently the most we can include is two Fridgi Flexi frames per Post-a-Digi. If you need more than that you can visit www.fridgi.com to find your local website where you can order as many as you need online.

The framing effect around the frame conceals the four magnetic strips on the back. The magnetic strips enable a Fridgi Flexi to attach to most metal surfaces like fridges (flat or curved) and filing cabinets. No problem. Fridgi Flexis are magnetic and can attach to most steel or magnetic surfaces. If a magnet will stick to it – a Fridgi can. With stainless steel fridges the grade of stainless steel will determine whether a magnet will stick to it. Some fridges are made with grades of stainless that are magnetic, others from grades of stainless that are not.

We include two “magic mount” strips that allow a Fridgi to be easily put up on almost any hard flat, clean, surface such as a wall, door, cupboard, mirror or non-magnetic stainless steel surface. The strips are thin and made from a flexible magnet with an adhesive on one side. There will easily be a space in every home or office where your Post-a-Digi can be displayed!
 

As yet we do not offer an express option. Currently we process the orders very quickly, usually between 2 and 20 hours after receiving them, we have them packed and posted the same day. We have looked into the options and even the most basic express service adds about $15 to the base cost. If you do have an ultra urgent request please send us an email and we will do our very best to help you out if we can.

Our recommended size for a clear crisp 6x4 print is a Jpeg of 1800 x 1200 pixels. But don’t worry too much if yours is not.

If your photo is too small we can still print it, our printing equipment does a pretty good job even with small photo files, but really small photos may look fuzzy or pixelated.

If your photo is bigger our Auto-Resizer will resize it to the optimal size for printing and upload. A large photo file can take several minutes to upload, the resizer shortens this dramatically. The resizer does not affect the photo on your computer, it takes a copy, shrinks it and the uploads it to us.

The print we make for your Post-a-Digi is a 6x4inch print. An 1800x1200 pixels photo is already set to the required ratio of 6:4. If your photo is not it will be centered and cropped to so it can be printed.

We can send your Post-a-Digi without a photo. Some people actually use the service to purcahse and send a single frame, without uploading a photo or writing a message.

Due to the complexities of the resizer and uploading it is important that you follow the instructions and wait for the photo to upload before doing anything on the upload page. You also need to check that your photo previews in the checkout section of the cart.

If you photo does not preview in the checkout your Post-a-Digi will be sent without a photo.

You can create and send up to 20 Post-a-Digis online per Shopping Cart session. To send more than 20 please Check Out and pay for your first 20, then start a fresh Shopping Cart session for the rest. You will need to Refresh the browser.

It is only possible to send one photo per Post-a-Digi, but you can add an additional Fridgi if you like as they make great gifts.
 

If you need to send 50 or more Post-a-Digis with the same photo and message (for a wedding, party invitation, post event thank you, corporate event, product launch, thank you to clients or customers etc) please let us know so we can provide you with a simple, fast, tailored solution.

Undeliverable mail may be returned to us, and if so we will contact you. If you give an incorrect, but still valid address the Post-a-Digi will be delivered, we would then be relying on the person at that address to return it. Please make sure you have the correct address, with as much detail as possible, as we have no control over incorrectly addressed or delivered mail. We cannot give credits or refunds for incorrectly addressed or delivered mail.

No, we don’t offer a storage facility. We use your photo file to print the photo. Once printed you will not be able to retrieve the photo file from us. We regularly delete the uploaded photos from our servers for privacy and space requirements.
